Two to three servings a day of brussels sprouts, cabbage, kale, cauliflower or broccoli because they all contain a specific compound called diindolylmethane that helps get rid of estrogen.

Not only do you have to readjust the things you eat but you have to cut back on things you might love. Some of these are alcohol, dairy products and soy products. The more alcohol you consume the less your liver is able to filter the extra estrogen you have. Soy products like tofu, milk and yogurt help increase the production of estrogen in your body so for now it is best to avoid consuming them. Milk and cheese have smaller amounts of estrogen but the sooner you eliminate these factors and replace them with things like coconut milk or almond milk the faster you will see your moobs disappear. When you reach your goal you’d be able to manage your intake of alcohol, soy, milk and cheese.
